A crashed 466th Bomb Group B-24 Liberator (T9-Z) of the 784th Bomb Squadron, 466th Bomb Group. Added Caption by 466th BG Historian: B-24J-401-CF #42-50488 "Polaris II" Code: T9-Z 466th BG - 784th BS. This a/c survived the war, so whatever damage was done here was repaired and the a/c remained in service.
