Mrs. & Mrs. Oscar Deer of Bargersville have received word the body of their son, Capt. Victor B. Deer is being returned to the United States for burial in Johnson County.
The body of Capt. Deer had been buried in the U.S. Military Cemetery at Neuville-en-Condroz, Belgium. He was a pilot of a C-37, 9th Air Force, and was shot down on March 24, 1945, near Wessel, Germany.
