Joseph Isidore Harlick

From May 1943 Harlick was attached to 324 Squadron responsible for the maintainance of strike cameras. He reported that they were often roused at 1 am. to be given photographs of that day's target to be copied and handed out at the briefing. Although their primary mission was to photograph bomb strikes, all base activities were documented, and someone was always on standby with a camera in the event of an accident.
