Assigned to 328BS, 93BG, 8AF USAAF. Took part in Operation Tidal Wave, the raid on Ploesti on 1 August 1943, flying B-24 Liberator (serial number 41-24259). The aircraft developed gas leak shortly after Tidal Wave takeoff and returned to base. ETD
