Flak damaged, vibrating violently over the English Channel, turned 180 degrees back to Germany, crashed near Sudmoor, Emden, Germany. Captured by officials at Abelitmoor civilian prison camp. Prisoner of war at Stalag Luft III and Stalag VIIA.
