Assigned to Composite Command in North Ireland 25 April 1943;
April 1944, he was made Depot Commander of 403rd Air Depot, and contracting officer for the Lockheed Overseas Corporation Contract until 30 June 1944; CO of the 306th BG from 23 Sept 1944 to 16 Apr 1945. He flew 6 missions as pilot in the 306th BG. Retired 30 Nov 1950.
