V-Weapons Site near La Cabarette, France 21 June 1944 Wounded by flak. PH citation says the wound occurred on 23 June, however the 416th BG history doesn't have the group flying a mission that day. There is a 2+ week gap in mission for Hedrick after the 21 June mission. He was wounded in the hand.
