Died

La Canada, CA 17 September 2014 Beloved husband, father, and grandfather passed away on September 17, 2014. Raised in Hollywood, CA, graduate of USC, Hal was a decorated WWII B-17 pilot, member of the 95th Bomb Group, 8th Air Force. He was a 51-year resident of La Canada. His loving, generous spirit will be missed. He was preceded in death by his wife, Julia Millikan Thomas and daughter, Christianne Thomas. Survived by his children: Bruce (Julie) Thomas, Rick (Heather) Thomas, Erin Thomas, grandchildren: Marian, Phillip, and David Thomas; brother, Bill (Nancy) Thomas of Charlotte, NC; and many nieces and nephews.
