1st Lt Broach was the son of Frank Norman Broach Sr., and Clara Elizabeth Wilson Broach.
He enlisted in the service from Dallas on February 25, 1942. Served with the 562nd Bomber Squadron, 388th Bomber.
He was killed in action on 16 sept 1943, flying aboard #42-5906 "Sondra Kay" (388th BG 562nd BS).
