Donald E Noxon
Military ROLL OF HONOURPilot, Noxon crew. 381st BG, 535th BS. Shot down 1 December 1943 in B-17 #42-31111 'Four Aces-Pat Hand'. Mission #46 to the chemical plants at Leverkusen, Germany. MACR 1659. Killed in Action (KIA). The aircraft left formation shortly after the bomb run and was thought to be lost over the sea. Tablets of the Missing at Netherlands AMC.
Lt Noxon was originally co-pilot on the Robbins crew. F/O Robbins was a POW after being shot down on 12 August 1943 with the Evans crew.
