Caesar J Benigno
MilitaryCaesar was one of the first Electronic Warfare Officers. He was trained by the British at RAF Cheddington by No. 100 Squadron in December 1944. He completed his training on 14 December 1944 and went to London and saw Glenn Miller's last performance at Rainbow Corner.
He was called up for both the Korean and the Vietnam Wars. During the Vietnam War, he debriefed POWs on their return in February 1973 and was the combat intelligence officer at Mobility Command HQ at Scott AFB directing evacuation of Phom Pen and Saigon in March / April 1975. His last assignment was Deputy Chief of Staff Intelligence US Forces Japan.
In his civilian career, Caesar was on the design team for various weapons systems at Boeing and Lockheed. He retired in 1990.
