Husband of Concetta Serra and later Frances Fregmen Campo. Dr. Biancardi received the Saint Cabrini Gold Medal for Human Services in 2003. He was instrumental in the development of the first emergency services for St Francis Hospital in Poughkeepsie, New York. Dr. Biancardi remained active in the medical field for many years and was loved and respected by many
