Albert E Allen
MilitaryColonel (Retired) Albert E. "Dutch" Allen, age 84 died on Tuesday, November 26, 2001.
Colonel Allen served with the Army Air Corps in World War II, enlisting in September 1942. He was commissioned through the Army Air Corps Officer Candidate School in 1943.
He was in the Air Force Reserve from June 1946 to May 1951. He was commissioned in the Indiana Air National Guard as a Major in 1951 and served in many capacities before he bacame the fulltime Air Administrative Assistant to the Adjutant General until his retirement in 1977.
