The mission is a special night operation desgined to test Oboe equipment. 1 B-17 from 482BG is selected for the operation. The aircraft is despatched to Rees, Germany and drops 2 2000lb general purpose bombs and a 1000lb photoflash bomb. There are no losses or claims.
