From photographer Ian Batchelor: 'Whilst serving in the Royal Air Force I was stationed at what was RAF Manston in Kent (now the Defence Fire Training and Development Centre) in 2007. As you may be aware RAF Manston in the 50's was home to elements of the USAF. Within the old Sgt's Mess (which may or not be there anymore), which was no longer used, was painted on the walls the attached photo.'
