One of the memorial plaques which is on the wall outside the Ramsholt Arms, Ramsholt. It was dedicated on 20 May 1944 to the memory of the crew of B-17 43-48568 which crashed into the River Deben on 20 February 1945. Unfortunately Irwin F Roth's name has been incorrectly inscribed as R F Irwin. It should also read W B Deutsch.
