Delivered Cheyenne 27 July 1944; Hunter 5 August 1944; Dow Field 15 August 1944; Assigned 568BS/390BG Framlingham 17 August 1944 (" HOTTER 'N HELL". Transferred 391BS/34BG Mendlesham 18 August 1944 ("LITTLE KING"). Among other pilots, 1st Lt Harold E. Dwyer flew on it on the 6 May 1945 Chowhound mission to drop food to the Dutch population. Returned to the USA Bradley, Connecticut 21 June 1945. Transferred to 4168 Base Unit, South Plains, Texas 24 June 1945; Reconstruction Finance Corporation (sold for scrap metal in USA) Kingman, Arizona 29 November 1945.
