This aircraft is not the same as 'Snoopys Sniper.' It is the first (?) of the 'Scarlet Kate' line of three aircraft of 374th FS/361FG. The spinner and cowling would be yellow not blue. 'Scarlet Kate III' is also illustrated in the library as B7-R but the aircraft serial is not shown.
