Aircraft was being preflighted for next day's mission.

Struck parked B-17G-65-VE 44-8416.

While engines were being run-up, aircraft brakes failed; aircraft jumped over chocks, running over GMC Oil Service truck and striking the left outer wing panel of 44-8415.

#1 & 2 engines, propellers, plexiglass nose, underside of fuselage from nose turret to station 3 damaged.
