Delivered Salt Lake City 17-Mar-41; return Boeing; Salt Lake City 24-Jun-41; SAD 19-Sep-41; with Maurice Morgan crashed Duncan Fd, Texas 11-Oct-41 (failed to gain altitude on takeoff, struck parked car and building. Pilot and one other crewman killed, 12 passengers on airplane, four civilian airfield employees and one soldier in parked car injured). Salvaged.
