Ocheltree, Flight engineer/top turret gunner T/Sgt John L. Anderson, Ball turret gunner S/Sgt Claude E. De Verger, Left Waist gunner: S/Sgt Cleo H. Gardner, Right Waist gunner Colonel Daniel W. Jenkins, Tail gunner: Lt Colonel Churchill L. Scott, Observer 1st Lt John J. Lee.



Five men were Killed in Action: Captain Hamilton, T/Sgt Ocheltree, S/Sgt Deverger, S/Sgt Gardner and Lt. Colonel Scott.



Five men were made Prisoners of War: Lt Lawson, Lt Jones, T/Sgt Anderson, Colonel Jenkins and Lt Lee.



Co-Pilot Major Clifford Cole managed to evade capture thanks to Belgian and French patriots and Résistance members. Guided through Belgium and France, he reached Spain on 8 October 1943 and was back in England on 18 October 1943.
