Initially assigned to MAj John Calderbank, HQ 78th Fighter Group who named it Luise. Reassigned to Lt. Karl Wagner who renamed it Hell's Angel. Finally transferred to 514th Fighter Squadron, 406th Fighter Group, 9th AF as O7-V and lost on 28th April 1944 in a Category 5 crash caused by engine failure. Pilot was Isham J Dorsey.
