Assigned to 7BS, 34BG, 8AF USAAF. Transferred by BAD 2 on 5-Dec-44 to MTO where it was assigned to 725BS, 451BG, 15AF USAAF (#40). Salvaged after crash-landing 9-Mar-45 at Castelluccio, pilot Lt Robert L Worsthorn.
