Airspeed Oxford Mk II N6410, assigned to 98th Combat Bomb Wing, 9AF USAAF. Crashed due to poor weather, hit trees 5 miles W of Winchester, pilot 1st Lt Theodore Ralph Lindholm Jnr,aged 23, from Chicago, KIA. 31-Jul-44.Lt Lindholm O-732558 joined USAAF in January 1942and wasserving with 454 Sqn at the timeof his death.In 1948 his body was returned to the USA for local burial.
