David Waters, also known as Dave, is the younger brother of Kenneth Theodore Waters, B-17 co-pilot, of the 8th Air Force 96th Bomb Group. He is also the brother-in-law of Eugene E. Holley, navigator, of the 401st Bomb Group. Dave is a member of the 8th Air Force Historical Society. Dave is a nuclear engineer currently employed by Duke Energy in Raleigh, NC.
