My father-in-law, George Thomas Langford, flew 29 missions for Wittan's Wallopers from about August 1943 to March 1944. He died in January 1993 at age 73. In the uploaded photo that's Lt. Langford of Hell from Heaven B-17 top row, right. Also, bottom row, second from left is Murray Carl, who flew 26 missions with Langford and crew before he was shot.
