Object Number - UPL 23842 - Harry H. McMillion

From Jack W. Sheridan's book They Never Had It So Good: The Personal Unofficial Story of the 350th Bombardment Squadron (H), 100th Borbardment Group (H) USAAF, 1942 - 1945.

"...topping the list was Master Sergeant Harry H. McMillion who became the Squadron’s line chief, the non-commissioned officer in charge of the maintenance of the squadron’s aircraft. He was a top-notch choice and one of the best of the line chiefs in the business at that time. He had a long period of training and he was an autocrat of the first water. He was dominant, headstrong, willful, and in time to come was to be almost universally feared and disliked. But he had the experience and he knew his job and it was his drive and force that was so necessary in the beginning."
