NARA files verified Distinguished Flying Cross (DFC) and Air Medal with one oak leaf cluster. His DFC was awarded for the 1 August 1943 Ploesti low level mission. Without a personnel record it is unknown how many campaigns he was in regarding the EAME Campaign Medal, but it is at least one.
