My father's Enlisted Record and Report of Separation Honorable Discharge document states his grade as "Sergeant". Nowhere do I see a distinction of 1st, 2nd, or 3rd. Therefore, assuming that 3rd is the lowest and 1st the highest, I put 3rd. There is no option given for just "Sergeant" in the menu. Paul L. Jalbert (son) February 15, 2017
