Proud grandfather of Lauren Genthe and Katie (Adam) Kufel. Donald was born October 18, 1923, in Marinette, WI to the late Arthur and Myrtle Porter. He proudly served in the 8th Air Force during WWII. For over 25 years, Don was a Draftsman at Vercauteren Bldg, Supply Co. in DePere, WI. To celebrate Donald's Life, his family will greet friends after 11:30 AM on Saturday December 29, at Northshore Funeral Services Chapel. There will be a Memorial Service at 12:30 PM, followed by fellowship and a reception. Special thanks to Pastor Wieting at Luther Memorial Chapel and the Heritage staff |
