Joseph P Kennedy Jr

Military

Joe Kennedy Jr served with the US Navy Reserve. He was killed flying a secret Aphrodite mission on 12 August 1944. He is commemorated on the Tablets of the Missing at Cambridge American Cemetery. Kennedy was posthumously awarded the Navy Cross.
