Printed caption on reverse: '"Unsung Heroes Of The Air War". Working endless hours in all ki-[obscured] the ground crews of the big B-17 bombers get little cradit[sic] in the constant onslaught from the air on Hitler's European Fortress. Averaging 18 hours a day for many weeks at a time, they seldom get a chance to shave or wash.
