Military ROLL OF HONOUR

Collided with another aircraft 27 May 1944 in target area and crashed at Stein near Pforzheim, Germany in B-17 #42102475. Killed in Action (KIA). 

 

Last seen moving towards controls in an attempt to straighten the plane out so the other crew members could get out. The plane was broken in half at the radio room also right wing was torn off. Believed to no get clear of the plane.
