Horsham St Faith, Norwich NR10, UK 1 September 1944 SGT Hughes died when his a/c crashed shortly after takeoff from Horsham St. Faith. His crew (Homer Y. Harris Crew) was a lead crew for the 466th BG and the 96th BW. They had stopped at Horsham St. Faith to pick up a command pilot (Leland Griffith) from the 458th BG for the day's mission.
