SYNOPSIS: Colonel Campbell Palfrey, Jr. (ASN: 0-24738), United States Air Force, was awarded the Legion of Merit for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services to the Government of the United States with the Air Staff Board, Department of the Air Force, from 1962 to 1965.

SYNOPSIS: Colonel Campbell Palfrey, Jr. (ASN: 0-24738), United States Air Force, was awarded a Bronze Oak Leaf Cluster in lieu of a Second Award of the Legion of Merit for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services to the Government of the United States as Director of Current Operations, Pacific Air Force, from 1965 to 1968.
