Hit by flak, pilot LT Andrew Gordon Lovett performed an energency landing at Pisaruv Vesec village, district Tachov on April 25, 1945, and survived the mission with all the crew.

Assigned to the 384th BG 546th BS on AAF Station 106 Special Orders #201 dated 11 October 1944, without crew. 27 combat missions.

Evaded (EVD) crashed near Albersfeld on 25 April 45 in B-17 'Sweet Chariot' 43-38501. 1-Jan-45 B-17 42-102500 A/C left formation over friendly territory and crash-landed near Okegem, Belgium, with battle damage. Seven crew members had bailed out, but pilot and co-pilot landed the aircraft in a field. RTD
