He was in personnel. All the replacement crews for the air forces came through his station, which was the headquarters station. Also operated all the rest homes for the Air Force and Troop Carrier Command that were in the UK. Specific job was to assign officer personnel coming into this theater to various air forces and to Troop Carrier Command here in the UK and to keep all personnel records up to date
