Primarily serviced P-51's as a ground crew member. Was a staunch American patriot that served his country with pride. In the European theatre for 2 1\2 years. Contracted Hepatitis C from a needle used as he donated blood in a local hospital - transferred by medical ship to Rhodes General Hospital in Upstate NY to recover.
