Nathaniel N Shane
Military ROLL OF HONOURKilled in Action (KIA) Crashed at Dresden in B-17 #4339110 Mid air collision. a German priest witnessed an SS soldier shooting him. The Germans lated and arrested the SS soldier. The priest recorded Lt Shane's death in the church burial register. There was an ID bracelet on Lt Shane's arm that was sent back to his family. Lt Shane's body was later returned to the US for burial in NJ
