Born |
Clarinda, Iowa | 26 November 1923 | Mack Farmer is my grandfather. He never spoke about the war, but I recently unearthed a video interview he did just months before he passed away. In it he talked about being on a B-17 called the Sleepy Time Gal. He stated that he came to England in 1943 and was part of his required 35 missions. |
