Lewis Edward Frisbee
Military ROLL OF HONOURTG, Schrader, R. Crew. 381st BG, 533rd BS, 8th AF. Shot down 25 June 1943 in B-17 #42-30027. Mission #3 to Hamburg, Germany. MACR 162. KIA. The aircraft crashed into the sea. Sgt Frisbee is surmised to have bailed out and possibly drowned. His body washed ashore 18 July 1943. He was originally buried in the Wittmund Garrison Cemetery, Germany. Reinterred in the Ardennes AMC. His final resting place is at Arlington National Cemetery.
