August Kurjack
MilitaryOn 13-Aug-44, pilot Lt Dean Sanner and cameraman Kurjack were on a photo reconnaissance of drone bomber (Aphrodite)attack on Le Havre E-boat pens in Mosquito MM370. The pilot in his eagerness to do a great job stayed too low, and his plane flew through the bomb blast, causing it to crash. Killed in Action (KIA).
