I never met my Great Uncle. I knew his wife when I was growing up. I found pictures of him in my father’s effects and began looking for information about him online for my Ancestry account. He had a strong resemblance to my Dad (Gerald Westerhausen) and my uncle John. He was the youngest of 14 children and married Anna Lorene Whitesell in Laramie, Wyoming on 12 Dec 1941. Sheila Westerhausen Gillam great niece.
