Damaged by flak and landed in Switzerland on 7/11/44 in B-24 'Tequila Daisy' #44-40168, INT. Escaped from Switzerland with the help of the French. Traveled by rowboat across Lake Lucerne and stayed with French farmers. Picked up by American Military Police Company's and taken back to England.
