Letter from Jack Fisk, Royal Army, to Earl C Hawthorne, American from Kansas. Letter discovered by Jessie Smith of Billings, Montana in antique hat box at Liberty and Vine on September 4, 2021 , a mercantile and antique store. Booth owner Kim recovered the hatbox from her sister’s estate about 6 weeks previous and never looked inside. At time of this posting, Kim is unsure if letter is related to her own family, or something her sister accumulated during years of collecting. The author of the letter, Jack Fisk, painted the nose art on the Huckleberry Duck.
