B24J 42-50816 788th B.S. The aircraft first appeared with the Group in the 791st B.S. during January 45. By mid March it was reassigned to the 788th Squadron until the close of the War. This photo thought to be taken after landing on the continent following a combat mission. The aircraft was returned to the U.S. flown by the 788th Squadron 1st Lt. Peter Brylinski Crew#5.
