Dogtag from Joseph Azzaro, anyone help with more information, would be appreciated Sgt Joseph George Azzaro (5 August 1918- 14 February 1984) served with the US Army. He enlisted in New York on 22 May 1942, and left the Army on 10 October 1945, a week after he returned to the USA aboard the Aquitania. He is buried at the Rhode Island Veteran Memorial Cemetery in Exeter, Rhode Island.
