This is P-51D 44-14819 and there was only one Miss Genny Cloud that Goebel flew.

"If you look at these photos carefully, you will note that the “last four” of 4819 is visible in exactly the same place on the cowling in each photo. In fact, all that has changed is that the earlier style of script has given way to the more legible “caps” of the other (https://www.americanairmuseum.com/media/28560) so we are looking at two versions of the same aircraft"
