Madames Biron and Missalin and the six downed American flyers hid by them from German troops. Gerald K. Miller is third man from the right. Man on the right hid at the Belgian farm for over a year before all were freed by American ground troops. The other four men were members of the same aircrew shot down. “Flicka” the dog is being held for the picture by Anna on the right.
