Joseph W. Jennings saved all his military papers and orders. They are in possession of his daughter, Lucy Jennings Sweeney.
Daly's crew, pictured above, flew four missions together. They were awarded the Air Medal on their second bombing mission to Oberpfaffenhoven, Germany, on Saturday, March 18, 1944. They bombed the Messerschmidt aircraft assembly plant.
